CLS introduce its new Unfair Credit Agreement Service

CLS today announce the launch of their new service aimed at tackling irresponsible lending. Financial service providers of services such as credit cards, store cards and loans have, for a number of years, not complied with legislation setting out the minimum information that consumers must be provided with prior to entering into those agreements.

Now we can help consumers struggling to repay that money by auditing their agreement. If we find that there is a valid claim we can, in successful cases, get the lender to agree that the agreement is unenforceable.

 

When that happens the consumer no longer has to repay the outstanding balance on that agreement.
